Appealing to our download-mania, Xerox hopes to swing us to alternative-supplies-mania.
In an attempt to bolster sales of its range of ‘Xerox Alternative Cartridges’ for some of the older ranges of Hewlett-Packard and Brother laser printers, Xerox in Europe is appealing to the ‘download generation’ with the offer of one free iTunes download with every compatible cartridge purchased.

Unfortunately for customers, but designed to be good for Xerox, the company has restricted this offer to being one-off reward for each customer with a limit of 10 downloads. In other words, to maximise on the offer, each customer has to place an order for 10 cartridges in one order and can then receive 10 downloads free of charge.
