Issue #0616/2 - Eighteen months after being asked about discrepancies, Dell’s web site is just as bad.
Following comment about 18 months ago about a lack of synchronisation between pricing shown on different pages of Dells printer web site, we note that the situation has not improved despite reporting the discrepancies to Dell on a number of occasions.
For instance, looking at ‘Colour Laser Printers’ in the ‘Small Business’ pages, the 3000cn is shown with a price of £137. Clicking on the ‘Customise and Buy’ link produces a page where the price is £148!
This is an 8% discrepancy.
