Issue #0324/1 - Xerox joins in as hardware prices continue to fall. Norway is hit again with price increases from Hewlett-Packard due to exchange rate factors.

Issue #0324/2 - Theoretically, users should be seeing price reductions on consumables. Reality suggests otherwise.

In addition to announcing hardware price reductions, both Xerox and Hewlett-Packard have also recently announced price reductions on printer consumable products. However, in certain areas there has been some question over whether the reductions are real or not.
